It features a durable silver resin case, large buttons for easy access to timing functions, and a comfortable polyurethane strap. It also offers a 6-year battery life, water resistance to 100 meters (330 feet), three alarms, and three time zones. Sport timing functions include:
- 100-hour chronograph with lap or split option in large digits
- 99-lap counter
- 50-lap memory recall
- 24-hour countdown timer with countdown/stop and countdown/repeat functions
- Forward or backward setting
- Built-in setting reminders
- Top pusher for easy access to lap and split
This watch incorporates the Timex Flix system, which activates the Indiglo night-light with a simple flick of your wrist. To activate FLIX, put the watch into Night-Mode by pressing and holding the Indiglo night-light button 3 seconds until it beeps. With the watch in Night-Mode, a forward "flick" of the wrist with a sharp "stop" will activate the Indiglo night-light for three seconds.
The Indiglo night-light uniformly lights the surface of the watch dial using patented blue electroluminescent lighting technology. It uses less battery power than most other watch illumination systems, enabling your watch battery to last longer.

Timex Ironman - as expected (2010-02-03)
This is my 4th Ironman. This one performs as expected with all features as previous models. The only drawback is the IndiGlo is not even bright enough to read. Poor visibility when in low light or dark. Only use this particular model without the back light.
Practical not fancy (2009-01-17)
Watch works very well and has great features, including 3 alarms and lap chrono. Display is clear. Switching modes and setting is similar to other Timex models, so directions are barely needed. Great value considering options versus price.
Only drawback would be the face, which looks a little on the cheap side. Obviously, not a watch you would want to use to make a fashion statement.
Timex Watch (2008-12-26)
I bought this watch for my husband a few years back for Christmas and he still wears and enjoys it.
Nice easy to use watch (2007-01-21)
Just purchased this watch from a retailer in Australia, in a gift set with a Maglite Solitare. I ahve been using this watch for a few days and have found it erally easy to use, i did not have to consult the manual other than to set the time and date on the watch. The red coloured Indiglo sets it apart from other watches and the FLIX system works a treat.
Perfect cheap watch for laps and splits (2007-01-11)
Great, simple watch for your basic timing needs. Easy "split" button. Looks good too.
